Japan Society Return/Exchange Policy

A receipt is required for all returns/exchanges. No returns or exchanges will be given without a receipt.

Items that are purchased damaged or defective must be returned within two weeks from the date of delivery with a receipt to receive a return or exchange.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been damaged by the customer.

No returns/exchanges will be taken after one month from the original date of purchase.

 Online Purchases.

- May be refunded within two weeks from the date of purchase if the item is in the original condition.

- Funds will be credited to your credit card through Amazon.com.
